What You'll Build

Walk away with real results

A Deployed Product

Your own project, live on the internet, doing something real. Not a tutorial project — something you conceived, designed, and built.

The Product Engineer Workflow

A repeatable system for going from idea to shipped product. Templates, tools, and muscle memory you can apply to any future project.

Confidence to Keep Building

The knowledge that you can ship. That when you have an idea, you have a path to making it real.

The Methodology

The Product Engineer Cycle

This is the systematic workflow that transforms product thinking into shipped software. You'll run through this cycle multiple times during the cohort — first guided, then independently.

1

Gather Context

Bring your research, interviews, and insights into Claude

2

Write the Request Document

Define what you're building and why

3

Write the Technical Spec

Translate requirements into system design

4

Write the Implementation Plan

Break it into phased, executable tasks

5

Build with AI

Execute your plan using Cursor and Claude Code

6

Review

AI reviews your code, you review AI's work

7

Deploy

Ship it to the world

8

Iterate

Add features, improve, repeat

Alexander Gabriel

Alexander has spent almost a decade at the intersection of product and engineering, and has done it from both sides of the table. He's been a PM writing specs and waiting for engineering. He's developed products dreamt up by PMs. He's been the Head of Product leading teams that shipped products used by hundreds of companies.

From Product Owner, to Product Manager, to Head of Product at Kaiko. Lead projects used by companies such as Bloomberg, Thompson Reuters, Fidelity, and Ledger.

“I've watched brilliant PMs get stuck in spec-and-wait mode for years. They have the ideas, the user insight, the product sense, but they're dependent on engineering capacity to prove anything works. Meanwhile, I've seen PMs with basic technical skills leapfrog their peers because they could prototype, validate, and ship without permission.

The gap used to be too wide to cross. Learning to code properly took years. But coding agents changed that equation completely. Now the bottleneck isn't skill but applying a robust workflow. That's what this cohort teaches.”
